FITNESS CLASSES
YOGA - Classes are held on Thursday mornings at 11:00 AM for an hour and a half to enable an entire workout including the all important warm up and cool down. Classes are ongoing. Class fees are £15 per session. Sign up now, limited spaces available.

Katy initially trained as a Beauty Therapist and worked in prestigious establishments such as Champneys and Cliveden.
She soon discovered that she had a leaning towards a more holistic approach and embarked upon a prolonged period learning the ways of holistic practitioners of all kinds, with Yoga establishing itself as an important part of Katy’s life. This in turn led to Katy enrolling at the Inner School of Yoga and culminated in an enlightening period of study at an Ayurvedic centre in Kerala, India.
Over time Katy has benefited from the teachings of many different teachers and their various different styles and techniques of Yoga, elements of which are now uniquely combined in her classes. This, coupled with her beginnings as a Holistic Beauty Therapist, enables Katy to offer a comprehensive understanding of the body and mind and an individual’s relationship with them. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome!
BOXING CIRCUIT CLASS -For men and women! Classes are Wednesday evenings from 7:15 to 7:45! No previous boxing skills required. Just turn up ready to sweat and have a great time!
Call for space availability as class size is limited. Classes are £10 per session.

Gareth is the co-owner of CynergyPT with his wife, Cat. Gareth spent 16 years as an amateur boxer. He has devised a great workout regime to get you fit. I think you’ll find that once you start, you can’t wait for the next class!
PILATES - Classes starting soon! Monday nights at 7:45pm or Saturdays at noon. Class fees are £15 per session or £60 for a block of 5…limited spaces available.

WATER AEROBICS – Starting January 27th at 9am. For those that are recovering from injury or suffer with weight bearing exercise, water aerobics will help keep you toned while burning calories and getting that heart rate pumping. Class tuition is £15 per class or £50 for a block of 5 classes paid in advance.
For those that are sensitive to cholorine, the pool is Saline, which is much kinder on the eyes and skin. The pool is also heated as well as indoors making Winter classes possible. Limited pool space so book now!

BOOT CAMP - Beginning January 24th at 6 am, Chris Stubbs will be running a boot camp to kick start your day. Regardless of your fitness levels, Chris will have everyone working hard as well as working up a sweat! Classes are £10 per person. Must book in advance to attend the class.

PARENT AND CHILD FITNESS FUN - Starting Tuesday, January 31st at 4:30pm, Cat will be running a keep fit class for children with weight issues. Not every child likes to be active, but if you add a parent to the mix, there is a lot of fun that can be shared. Obesity in children has become a growing concern, so why not encourage your child to spend some quality time with you while also reaping the benefits of exercise.
