Within a peaceful, rural setting our fitness centre is kitted out with the latest technology such as running machines, static bikes, free weights, and the new British Cycling Olympic endorsed Watt Bike. Cynergy are able to utilise the advances in Sports Science to test, monitor and improve your training.
Alongside the main hall are the treatment rooms for our complimentary therapies such as chiropractic, accupuncture, sports massage, reiki and reflexology.
