Summer Newsletter 2023

Summer is finally here! It took a good, long while for winter to end, but it finally did.

And now we have some big news:
As of July 1^st, Cynergy PT will no longer be working primarily from Lower Woodend Barn in Fawley.

We’ve had a great, long run, but the time has come for us to take this show on the road. We have loved our time here in Fawley, but COVID and the current economic climate has forced our hand. However, for a short while we will do one day a week in Fawley for a few local residents as sort of a soft exit.

Thank you to Nick and Marsha George for your patience and your encouragement. We hope to continue working with you both in the future.

Thus begins our new journey. We will continue to train our clients on a 1:1 basis, but instead we will be travelling to you. This should make things easier on many of you as there will be no time wasted travelling to us. You merely need to open your door when we arrive and we will plan out the rest.

Some of you may worry that you do not have the appropriate equipment or enough space within your home. Something we learned during lockdown however, is that everyone has enough space. It is all down to how you use it. For those of you without any equipment, we will bring the equipment to you. Problem solved.

The one thing we will not be continuing with will be the classes. Our classes will finish by the end of June as unfortunately, there does not appear to be a viable way to keep them going. Cat will miss leading those classes, but if y’all ever want to do a 1:1 session with her, you know where to find her. (Our contact details are at the end.)

Over the next few weeks, we will be sorting out the new schedule of what locations we will be travelling to and on what days and we will be in touch with all current clients on an individual basis. Prior to that, should you have any questions for us or want to put in a request for a particular day, please do get in touch.

For anyone who hasn’t been coming to us recently, but would like us to train them in their own home/nearby park…, please do get in touch too – we would love to hear from you. (Our contact details are at the end.)

For Cat’s DogFit Clients, none of this should have any impact on y’all. We will continue to meet off-site as usual, and do things as we have always done them.

Zoom clients’ sessions will continue unchanged too.

It has been an amazing 12 and a half years instructing y’all from the Fawley studio, but now we look forward to the future and to working with y’all with a renewed sense of purpose.

We have had some great times in this little studio. Thank you to everyone that made our time here so joyous. We love each and every one of you.
